Role Description
The Sales Manager will oversee the end-to-end sales process for Cambridge Heartwear’s medical device and AI solutions, with a focus on healthcare providers, clinical institutions, and strategic partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, managing key accounts, and negotiating contracts that align with company objectives. The role involves close collaboration with marketing, product, and clinical teams to refine value propositions and respond to customer feedback. The Sales Manager will track performance metrics, prepare sales forecasts, and report on pipeline progress to senior leadership. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cambridge, requiring regular in-person engagement with internal teams and local customers.

- Demonstrated experience in sales management or business development, ideally within medical devices, health technology, or related industries.
- Strong skills in lead generation, account management, relationship building, and contract negotiation.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, analyze market opportunities, and manage a structured sales pipeline.
- Comfort with presenting complex technical products to diverse stakeholders, including clinicians, executives, and procurement teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and represent the company professionally.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, sales analytics, and standard office software to track activities and inform decision-making.
- Resilient, goal-oriented mindset with a focus on results, adaptability, and continuous learning.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
- Interest in cardiovascular health and enthusiasm for working in an innovation-driven environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Cambridge and travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
