Attentive Management

Role Description

The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, recruiting others into job roles, training, managing, and mentoring other staff members. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with program, marketing, and operations teams to align sales efforts with goals and ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.
Qualifications
- Sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Experience in creating and executing sales strategies, setting targets, and tracking performance.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple opportunities and deadlines effectively.
- Comfort working with data or sales tracking tools to manage pipelines and produce reports.
- Experience or strong interest in youth development, education, community outreach, or social impact sectors.
- Ability to work on-site across England, collaborate within a small, agile team, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Prior experience in a sales or sales leadership role.
- Relevant education or training in business, sales, marketing, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
