The Person
- Experience as a Sales Manager, or a similar role
- Confident Communicator
- Resilient and Hardworking
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment
The Role
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive business to the hotel
- Conduct market research by identifying emerging trends and competitor activity
- Represent the company at sales events and client meetings
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports and forecasts for senior management
