SALES MANAGER – JUICY COUTURE

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to take commercial responsibility for Juicy Couture, working across the UK and European markets.

This is a broad, commercially focused role for someone who understands the fashion, lifestyle and contemporary brand landscape and can combine strong sales leadership with strategic account management, range planning and brand development.

You will lead and develop sales across wholesale, key accounts, distributors and agents, building strong relationships with retail partners while identifying opportunities for further growth across the UK and Europe.

This would particularly suit someone currently working as a Sales Manager, Senior Sales Manager, Wholesale Manager, Commercial Manager, Brand Manager, Key Account Manager, National Account Manager, European Sales Manager or International Sales Manager within the fashion industry.

THE ROLE

You will:

  • Lead and manage the sales function, driving performance across wholesale channels
  • Develop and execute seasonal sales strategies and business plans
  • Manage and develop relationships with key accounts, buyers, distributors and agents
  • Identify new business and market opportunities across the UK and Europe
  • Forecast seasonal sales, revenue and margins and provide commercial performance analysis
  • Negotiate commercial terms, including pricing, discounts, mark-ups and payment terms
  • Work closely with Design and Creative teams on seasonal range planning, SKU architecture and product direction
  • Use sales data, market intelligence and customer feedback to influence future collections
  • Manage stock and trading activity, including clearance and off-price strategies where required
  • Support seasonal sales launches, presentations and brand initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with Design, Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, eCommerce and Operations
  • Lead and support brand collaborations and wider commercial projects
  • Contribute to the continued development and growth of the Juicy Couture brand

ABOUT YOU

We are particularly interested in speaking with candidates who have:

  • At least 5 years' experience in fashion sales, wholesale, commercial or brand management
  • A proven track record within the fashion, sportswear, streetwear, lifestyle or contemporary brand sector
  • Strong knowledge of the UK and European wholesale markets
  • Established relationships with retailers, buyers, distributors or agents
  • Strong key account management and business development experience
  • Experience of sales forecasting, budgeting, margin management and commercial analysis
  • A good understanding of seasonal collections, range planning and product performance
  • Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills
  • The ability to combine commercial thinking with a genuine understanding of brand and product
