On behalf of a prestigious and rapidly growing Healthcare company, we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to strengthen the commercial team and drive business growth across Birmingham and the wider West Midlands. The company develops and distributes professional healthcare products, medical solutions, and specialist services for private healthcare providers, clinics, medical centres, healthcare professionals, and specialist organizations. With a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and customer service, the business is continuing to expand its presence across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop an established portfolio of healthcare customers.
- Identify and acquire new strategic accounts across the West Midlands.
- Build long-term relationships with clinics, healthcare providers, medical professionals, and key decision-makers.
- Lead commercial negotiations and manage the full sales cycle.
- Identify market opportunities and develop targeted business strategies.
- Achieve and exceed agreed revenue and sales targets.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and a high level of customer service.

Candidate Profile
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably within Healthcare, Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, or Healthcare Services.
- Proven track record of achieving commercial targets.
- Strong account management, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Autonomous, commercially focused, and highly results-oriented.
- Good knowledge of the UK healthcare market is highly desirable.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

What We Offer
- Permanent, full-time position.
- ✔ Base salary of £70,000–£80,000 per year, depending on experience and level of responsibility.
- ✔ Uncapped performance bonus, with a realistic OTE of £100,000–£120,000+ per year.
- ✔ Company car or car allowance of up to £8,000 per year.

- ✔ Significant autonomy in managing the commercial territory and developing the regional sales strategy.
