Position: Revenue Operations & CRM Systems Specialist (SaaS)
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $45 - $90/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10-40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Analyze CRM, billing, and ticketing data to identify operational and policy misalignments.
- Identify and document policy conflicts, outdated automations, duplicate records, permissions issues, and undocumented processes.
- Develop precise operational recommendations for complex scenarios across the SaaS revenue stack.
- Evaluate underlying data and correct discrepancies to maintain consistency across interconnected systems.
- Document decision-making rationale, including changes made and areas intentionally left unchanged.
- Apply sound operational judgment when managing conflicting rules and changes across multiple systems.
- Create clear documentation for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong experience in revenue operations, sales operations, customer success operations, or SaaS implementation with direct system ownership.
- Hands-on experience configuring CRM systems, including fields, workflows, validation rules, and permissions.
- Strong experience with multiple SaaS revenue tools such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, project tracking, or integration platforms.
- Strong understanding of SaaS environments and complex, multi-product implementations.
- Experience assessing and managing changes across interconnected systems while maintaining operational integrity.
- Ability to navigate, document, and resolve ambiguous policies and exceptions.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with strong operational judgment.
