Sales Manager – New Build Housing
Northamptonshire
Up to £65,000 + Bonus | Market-Leading Benefits
Kitson Associates are working with a market-leading residential developer to appoint an experienced Sales Manager to join their team in Northamptonshire. The successful candidate will drive sales performance across a portfolio of new-build developments throughout Northamptonshire and surrounding areas.
The Role
- Take responsibility for sales performance across a number of new-build housing developments.
- Lead, motivate and support Sales Executives to maximise reservations and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, pricing and market conditions.
- Analyse local market conditions and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Support the implementation of sales and marketing strategies across developments.
- Coach and develop sales teams, ensuring consistently high standards of customer service.
- Work closely with senior management to report on performance, forecasts and future sales activity.

About You
- Proven experience working for a residential housebuilder/developer.
- Previous experience as a New Homes Sales Manager.
- Strong knowledge of the UK new-build housing market.
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of pricing, incentives and market conditions.
- Excellent leadership and people-management skills.
- A full UK driving licence and the flexibility to travel between sites.
