You'll be responsible for:

  • Leading, coaching and developing a team of Private Aviation Advisors
  • Owning revenue, gross profit and conversion targets across the team
  • Building and protecting relationships with HNW/UHNW principals, family offices and corporate accounts
  • Working hand-in-glove with flight planning and management to keep every charter safe, seamless and profitable

  • 5+ years in private aviation charter sales, with team leadership experience
  • A track record of closing high-value transactions and managing VIP relationships
  • The commercial instinct to protect margin without losing the deal
  • An existing industry network is a strong advantage
