This is a great opportunity for an ambitious, well-connected person who has strong sales experience in consumer or fashion products. A background in jewellery or accessories with knowledge of independent retailers and wholesale channels in the UK is preferred.
You will have an entrepreneurial sales leader role.
- Contribute to the UK distribution strategy & business development
- You should be a brand builder who embraces the potential and positioning of JTL
- Your primary objective will be to develop and open new accounts, apart from servicing existing accounts
- Some travel and overnight stays will be needed – a clean Driving License is a plus!
Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:
Sales
- Achieve set sales objectives
- Target, prospect, develop as well as retain existing customers
- Optimize a selective distribution strategy
- Ensure the best visibility of the brand on points of sale by negotiating the best windows and fixture set up
- Monitor the sell out and replenishment from customers.
- Carry out analysis and competitive intelligence reports
- Train independent retail salespeople on the brand concept

Brand Building And Other Areas
- Be a brand ambassador to your customers
- Communicate with Management to review sales KPIs, market feedback and jointly agree on the sales strategy ahead
- Complete and submit weekly and/or monthly itineraries, account evaluation reports as required by due dates.
Person Specification:
- Entrepreneurial sales executive with a real drive to grow the business
- Ready to be part of an ambitious core team and embrace a start-up culture
- Being passionate about Jewellery and Fashion is a plus!
- Hands-on approach to maximise sales with retail partners and open up new points of sale as well as other business development opportunities
- Must be able to negotiate with retailers strongly and respectfully, to get the best positioning and terms for JTL
- A flexible multi-tasker who is willing to “roll up their sleeves”
- Excellent communicator with a high level of autonomy
- Charismatic, and energetic with a personal presence and appropriate style to represent the Company
- Intended for the long term, jointly building JTL into a leading global business

Remuneration:
Depending on your experience, we are happy to offer a base salary + commission on Sales and will be extremely competitive with the market.
