Sales Manager – UK | Remote

Location: UK
Work Mode: Remote

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth across the UK market within the Telecommunications and Software industry. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B enterprise sales experience, a proven track record of achieving revenue targets, and an established network within the telecom/technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for the UK market.
  • Identify and acquire new enterprise customers and strategic accounts.
  • Manage the complete B2B sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closure.
  • Drive sales of telecom, SaaS, software, CPaaS, and technology solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with telecom operators, enterprises, technology partners, and key decision-makers.
  • Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and close high-value deals.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and account plans.

Requirements:

  • 8–10 years of experience in Sales/Business Development.
  • Strong experience in Telecommunications, SaaS, Software, CPaaS, or IT solutions.
  • Proven experience in UK B2B/Enterprise Sales.
  • Strong understanding of the UK telecom and technology market.
  • Existing relationships/network with enterprise customers, telecom operators, or technology companies is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Experience handling international or regional markets will be an added advantage.
