Sales Manager – Luxury Menswear
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Manager to join a prestigious luxury Menswear Team in a leading London department store. As a key ambassador for the brand, you will play an important role in supporting and developing the sales team, ensuring they have the tools, knowledge and guidance required to deliver an exceptional client experience and consistently achieve commercial targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Excellence: Empower the sales team with the knowledge, tools and motivation required to maximise sales and achieve targets.
- Lead Client Experience: Coach and mentor team members to deliver a personalised, high-touch luxury service in line with brand standards.
- Sales Floor Leadership: Oversee the smooth running of the sales floor and ensure the client journey is consistently delivered to a high standard.
- Product & Brand Expertise: Lead by example with strong product knowledge and brand storytelling, inspiring the team and enhancing client engagement.
- Clienteling & CRM: Drive client acquisition and retention through effective use of CRM tools, accurate client data and proactive outreach.
- Performance Management: Monitor individual and team KPIs, identify opportunities for improvement and implement action plans to drive performance.
- Team Development: Coach, mentor and develop Client Advisors, encouraging collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Operational Support: Support stock organisation, visual merchandising and general shop floor standards to maintain a premium retail environment.

About You

- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory position within luxury retail, ideally within Menswear.
- Strong commercial awareness and a proven ability to drive sales performance.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Confident in coaching teams and leading by example on the shop floor.
- Strong understanding of luxury client expectations, clienteling and CRM.
- Fluent English; additional languages would be advantageous.
- Passionate about luxury fashion and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
