Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Bedfordshire, covering Southern England
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 Basic + Commission Scheme + Company Benefits
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Manager to join a well-established and growing rental organisation.
This is a forward-thinking business that is entering an exciting period of expansion, having recently opened a brand-new facility in Bedfordshire. As part of this continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Sales Manager to play a key role in driving rental sales, revenue, and customer growth across the Bedfordshire depot and wider Southern operation.

Responsibilities of the Role
- Achieving agreed hire sales targets within the assigned territory
- Supporting sales opportunities within the company CRM system
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Visiting prospective customers to build relationships
- Managing an existing customer base by visiting sites and keeping relationships alive
- Raising quotes for new hire jobs, managing the process to conversion
- Liaising with the rest of the team to ensure our customer service is exceptional
- Driving new business relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering sales for the hire fleet.

Requirements of Role
- Proven experience in a Business Development, Sales, or a Commercial role
- Knowledge of the Crane Hire, Plant Hire, Powered Access, or Construction Equipment industry is essential
- Be willing to travel & hold a current Driving Licence
- Strong level of IT literacy
