What you'll be serving up…

As a Sales Manager, you'll drive Conference & Events sales growth across Elior's Scottish venue portfolio. This is a proactive, externally focused role focused on winning new business, developing long-term client relationships, and maximising revenue opportunities across multiple venues.

  • Drive Conference & Events revenue growth by delivering a proactive sales strategy across Elior's Scottish venues
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate meetings, conferences, exhibitions, awards, dinners, celebrations and large-scale events
  • Generate qualified leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, partnerships and industry engagement
  • Build strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, associations, venue-finding agencies and industry partners to increase new and repeat business
  • Develop key accounts, create growth plans and identify opportunities to cross-sell business across the wider venue portfolio
  • Partner with venue and operational teams to improve enquiry conversion, maximise business-on-the-books and match opportunities to the most suitable venue
  • Support client meetings, venue show-rounds, familiarisation visits, sales presentations and showcase events
  • Maintain an accurate CRM and sales pipeline, providing regular forecasts, reporting and commercial insight
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and future demand to identify new revenue opportunities and target sectors
  • Represent Elior at networking events, exhibitions and industry functions, promoting the Scottish venue portfolio

The ingredients you'll bring...

  • Proven experience within Conference & Events, hospitality, venues or a related B2B sales environment
  • Strong track record of winning new business, managing sales pipelines and delivering revenue growth
  • Experience building relationships with corporate clients, agencies, associations and senior decision-makers
  • Commercially focused with a strong understanding of revenue generation, account development and enquiry conversion
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to influence and secure new business
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage opportunities, forecasts and sales activity
  • Highly organised and confident managing multiple venues, priorities and stakeholder relationships across a multi-site portfolio
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with venue, operational, marketing and sales teams
  • Proactive, resilient and target-driven with a creative approach to identifying new opportunities and revenue streams
  • Flexible and willing to travel regularly across Scotland
