Sales Manager – Surgical Loupes & Dental Microscopes

At Nuview, we are growing our team and looking for a very specific type of energy.

We want a naturally motivated, commercially sharp, and resilient individual who takes true ownership of their territory. You genuinely enjoy closing deals, understand the nuance of representing premium medical products, and hold your own in high-level conversations while proactively seeking out new business.

This is a consultative, high-trust role — not a traditional high-pressure sales pitch. You will act as a knowledgeable ambassador, guiding clinicians to solutions that enhance their clinical performance, comfort, and long-term success.

The Role

  • Consult & Demonstrate: Deliver expert product demonstrations and technical advice on advanced magnification and visualisation technologies.
  • Full-Spectrum Support: Guide healthcare professionals (dentists, specialists, surgeons, hygienists) through initial enquiry, fitting, and ongoing aftercare.
  • Relationship Building: Build sustainable, trust-based relationships to drive business growth and uphold our brand reputation.
  • Industry Engagement: Attend training events, customer visits, and industry exhibitions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
