Role Description
This is a full-time Sales Manager role based in Watford, with a hybrid working model that allows some work from home. The Sales Manager will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage a pipeline of prospective clients, and nurture relationships with event agencies, brands, and private clients.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Leading sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiating contracts
- Collaborating with the operations and creative teams to scope and price tailored drone show solutions
The role involves:
- Setting and tracking sales targets
- Analyzing market trends
- Preparing sales forecasts and reports
- Contributing to sales strategy and go-to-market initiatives
The Sales Manager will also represent Lumina Drones at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings to drive revenue growth and brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, ideally in events, entertainment, or related creative industries.
- Strong skills in prospecting, pipeline management, and closing deals, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with confidence engaging stakeholders at different levels.
- Commercial awareness and analytical skills to interpret sales data, forecast performance, and shape sales strategies.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment, with strong time management, organization, and self-direction.
- Collaborative mindset, able to work closely with operations, production, and marketing teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
- Interest in drone technology, live events, or innovative visual storytelling; prior experience in tech or creative services is an advantage.
- Relevant education or training in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial, though equivalent professional experience is valued.
