Sales Manager - European iGaming Market
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive new business across the European iGaming market. The ideal candidate already has a strong network within iGaming and hands-on experience selling payment solutions / payment gateway services to high-risk clients.
This is a highly autonomous role for someone who can independently generate opportunities, build relationships and manage the entire sales cycle from first contact to signed deal.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new business opportunities within the European iGaming market.
- Manage the full B2B sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, presentations, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Leverage your existing iGaming network while continuously building new relationships.
- Conduct cold outreach and independently generate new leads.
- Present and position USPEX payment solutions to operators, providers, white-label businesses, sportsbooks, and other relevant iGaming companies.
- Attend major industry conferences and events such as SiGMA, SBC, and other iGaming events.
- Build relationships with decision-makers and develop long-term commercial partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Take full ownership of your pipeline, targets, and commercial results.

Requirements
- 2-3+ years of B2B sales experience in payments within the iGaming industry.
- Proven experience selling payment gateway, payment processing, or related high-risk payment solutions.
- Existing network of English-speaking iGaming clients/partners in Europe.
- Strong understanding of the iGaming and high-risk payments ecosystem.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle independently, including cold acquisition.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent English - B2+ minimum, C1/C2 preferred.
- Proactive, commercially driven, and comfortable working with a high level of autonomy.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly to iGaming conferences and business meetings across Europe.
