Sales Manager
As our Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving our business forward. You’ll develop strategic customer relationships, identify and secure new business opportunities, and deliver sales and order intake targets. The role is centred on building long-term partnerships with key accounts, leading the bid and proposal process, and positively representing the company’s products, services and capabilities across the industry.

Your Challenge
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve order intake and revenue targets
- Identify, qualify and convert new business opportunities within existing and prospective customer accounts
- Build, manage and strengthen productive relationships with key customers, partners and stakeholders
- Lead the complete sales cycle, from opportunity identification and qualification through proposal development, negotiation and contract award
- Develop and maintain effective account plans, capture strategies and sales forecasts for assigned customers
- Gather market intelligence, monitor industry trends and identify emerging business opportunities
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with internal teams
- Work closely with Commercial, Engineering, Operations and Project Delivery teams to ensure the successful transition of awarded contracts
- Support strategic business planning by providing valuable market insights and sales pipeline information
- Work closely with Commercial during customer negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes while protecting the interests of the business
- Represent the company positively at customer meetings, industry conferences, exhibitions and professional forums
- Ensure that all sales activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, procedures and ethical standards
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records to support the effective management of customer relationships and sales opportunities

Your Expertise
- Strong understanding of customer account management and strategic sales planning
- Experience in managing complex technical sales and commercial negotiations
- Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to negotiate successful outcomes
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills
- In-depth understanding of target markets, customer applications and industry trends
- Highly motivated, with a proactive and results-driven approach
- Excellent emotional intelligence and communication skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent organisational, planning and forecasting skills
- Resilient, self-motivated and focused on delivering business objectives
