AI.Haus OS, currently in beta, aims to unify agents, software, and company data into one connected business environment. The broader ecosystem covers HR, projects, finance, legal, risk, IT, healthcare, recruitment, scheduling, health and safety, analytics, and quality management, all on a single data layer. AI.Haus is focused on helping companies run end-to-end operations on one AI operating system.
Role Description
The Sales Manager role is a full-time, remote position responsible for driving revenue growth and customer adoption of the AI.Haus operating system and agent solutions. The Sales Manager will identify and qualify prospects, manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close, and build strong relationships with decision-makers in target industries. The role also involves:
- Forecasting sales performance
- Maintaining accurate CRM records
- Providing feedback on market trends, customer requirements, and competitive positioning
The Sales Manager will work closely with customer success to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term account growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, AI, or enterprise software, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, and closing complex sales deals with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to deliver clear, compelling product presentations and demos, and to translate technical capabilities into business value.
- Experience using CRM tools, sales analytics, and structured sales methodologies (e.g., consultative selling, solution selling).
- Knowledge of modern business operations across domains such as HR, legal, customer service, or IT, and comfort engaging with senior leaders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Collaborative mindset with experience partnering with marketing, product, and customer success teams to optimize go-to-market efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior startup or high-growth environment experience is a plus.
- Interest in AI technologies and willingness to continuously learn about AI agents, integrations, and emerging industry trends.
