Job Description
The Sales Manager:
- Conduct in-home consultations with high-net-worth clients to understand their storage, design and lifestyle requirements.
- Design bespoke luxury wardrobe and dressing room solutions that align with customer expectations, aesthetics and budgets.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to design presentation, quotation and contract completion.
- Ensure enquiries and inbound leads are responded to in a timely manner, customer expectations are exceeded, and sales opportunities are maximised.
- Generate revenue through a consultative sales approach, identifying client needs and converting opportunities into successful sales.
- Take accurate site measurements and provide detailed information to CAD design and quotation teams for project delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
- Effectively manage an independent diary, scheduling appointments, conducting site visits and prioritising sales opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through proactive follow-up, pipeline management and professional sales execution.
- You will manage a Northern Home Counties territory - Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Bedfordshire and Essex.

The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will be a highly motivated and commercially driven sales professional with a proven track record in luxury interiors, kitchens, bathrooms, or fitted furniture sales. They will possess exceptional consultative selling skills, a strong eye for design, and the ability to build credibility and trust with high-net-worth clients. Organised, self-sufficient, and results-focused, they will be confident managing the entire customer journey from initial consultation through to successful project completion.
The Successful Sales Manager:
- Have a proven track record in consultative B2C sales, ideally within luxury kitchens, bathrooms, wardrobes, or other premium home improvement sectors.
- Be highly customer-focused, with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into tailored design solutions.
- Demonstrate strong design awareness and the creativity to develop bespoke solutions that meet customer expectations and budgets.
- Be confident working independently, managing appointments, site visits, and sales opportunities effectively.
- Possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients.
- Be highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of taking accurate measurements and preparing detailed project information.
- Be proactive in following up enquiries and progressing opportunities through the sales pipeline to achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable using CRM and sales management systems.
- Present themselves professionally and act as a strong ambassador for a premium luxury brand.
- You will live within the assigned territory (Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Bedfordshire and Essex) and have access to a car, enabling you to conduct regular face-to-face consultations with customers.

What's on Offer
The Successful Sales Manager:
- £40,000 - £60,000 per annum basic salary (dependant on experience)
- Monthly commission with an OTE of £100k
- Full reimbursement of business travel expenses
- Other company benefits
