Sales Manager – Woking | Leading Gym Brand
Upto £33k depending on experience plus commission structure
We are recruiting for this exciting fitness opportunity in Woking for a Sales Manager with a leading brand in the health and fitness industry. The role of a Sales Manager within this sector is an outstanding opportunity to develop your leadership skills while training, motivating, and managing a team to achieve outstanding results.
What will you be doing?
- Driving sales and marketing activities, developing innovative plans to grow membership. This could include leading the club's social media and digital content, as well as getting involved in the local community through events, outreach, and corporate networking.
- Delivering exceptional customer service by supporting existing members while consistently achieving membership sales targets and wider business KPIs.
- Leading from the front with a proactive, hands-on approach to sales and team management.
- Coaching, motivating, and developing your team to maximise performance and deliver outstanding results.
- Working weekends on a rotational basis as part of the management team to support the club's operational needs.

You will be passionate about fitness, driven to succeed, and motivated to achieve both personal and business goals.
The ideal Sales Manager will have:
- Previous experience working within a gym or fitness environment (essential).
- A background in the fitness industry.
- Strong sales experience with the ability to lead by example.
- Confidence, energy, and excellent communication skills.
- A passion for building strong relationships with your team, members, the local community, and corporate partners.
- A calm, resilient approach with the ability to resolve club issues professionally.
- Flexibility to work weekends on a rotational basis.
