Role Description
The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site/Hybrid role based in Earith, responsible for driving new business and managing existing client relationships for Nubis Solutions Ltd’s bespoke data centre solutions. Day-to-day activities include:

The Sales Manager will collaborate with technical and project teams to translate customer requirements into tailored solutions, ensuring accurate scoping and pricing. The role also involves:
- Monitoring sales performance
- Forecasting revenue
- Maintaining CRM records
- Providing regular reports and insights to leadership
This position requires active participation in industry events, networking with prospective clients, and contributing to sales strategies that support company growth and sustainability objectives.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, ideally within data centre, IT infrastructure, or related technology sectors.
- Strong skills in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing complex deals with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to understand technical solutions, interpret customer requirements, and collaborate effectively with engineering and project teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic financial concepts such as margins, pricing, and forecasting.
- Proven organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities, deadlines, and priorities on-site.
- Knowledge of or interest in sustainability, energy efficiency, and carbon reduction in data centre environments.
