Sales Manager – Security Software

Established over 10 years ago, our client is a market-leading technology business providing a range of interconnected solutions to enhance building security. Their client base spans a wide range of industries with names such as Gail’s, Canada Goose and Joe & The Juice all utilizing their solutions on a daily basis.

They are now looking for a Sales Manager to join their team; this position will be focused on leading a team of Account Executives, including mentoring, coaching, and overall driving success across the team.

This is an office-based opportunity for candidates commutable to London on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Account Executives, providing training, mentoring and motivation on a daily basis
  • Conduct pipeline reviews & activity reviews with direct reports on a regular basis to support with forecasting
  • Drive success across the team, working toward a set of new business focused targets
  • Support Account Executives in closing deals & maintaining long-term relationships with clients when required
  • Grow & develop team when required, supporting Account Executives with their progression routes
  • Collaborate with wider leadership team to drive overall commercial success within the business
  • Proactively problem-solve, creating scalable & effective solutions for use across the team

The Successful Candidate

  • 2+ years sales leadership experience, leading a team of individuals managing the full sales cycle
  • Software sales leadership experience is essential
  • Strong track record of sales success; formal sales training (e.g. MEDDIC) would be a plus
  • Commutable to London on a daily basis

Sales Manager Package

  • Basic salary: £100,000
  • OTE: x2 (uncapped)
