Sales Manager - Global Partnerships & Live Events
Location: West End, London (Hybrid)
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + 20% Bonus
Contract: Permanent
We are partnering with a leading live events business that delivers some of the UK's most recognised festivals, entertainment experiences, and seasonal attractions. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Sales Manager to drive partnership revenue across a portfolio of high-profile events. This is a commercial, client-facing role responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from identifying and securing new business opportunities through to account management, renewals, and re-bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Sell sponsorship and brand partnership opportunities across a portfolio of live events.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and agency partners.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and repeat business.
- Attend client meetings, networking events, and live event activations.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM records.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of partnership agreements.
- Stay up to date with market trends and identify new commercial opportunities.

About You
- Minimum of 3 years' sales experience within events, sponsorship, media, hospitality, or a similar commercial environment.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong business development and relationship management skills.
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and forecasting revenue.
- Confident presenter with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly organised, proactive, and commercially minded.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
- Passion for live events and experiential marketing.
