Company Description

We are a Dublin-based capital advisory firm. We help founders raise EUR 2M+ from our investor network across the Gulf and internationally, on an upfront fee plus success fee model.

Our outbound engine books hundreds of qualified founder calls per quarter. We need a Sales Manager to own everything from the moment a call hits the calendar to cash collected.

Our funnel: qualified call booked - triage call - discovery call - proposal call - engagement letter and onboarding. You own every stage and every handoff.

Role Description

  • Own monthly collected revenue as your single scoreboard
  • Track every call, log every outcome, and publish weekly funnel analytics: show rate, no-show rate, speed to lead, stage-by-stage conversion
  • Listen to call recordings daily, write and A/B test the scripts for each call type, and ship measured improvements
  • Hire, ramp, coach, and manage setters and closers, including recruiting proven salespeople from your own network
  • Design rep comp plans and quotas
  • Run the daily sales huddle, the weekly sales call, and the sales Slack; keep the team sharp and motivated
  • Hunt revenue leakage between stages every week and fix it; compress the sales cycle
  • Keep the CRM clean: every active deal has a next step, the forecast is real

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
