We're growing our sales function and looking for a hands-on Sales Manager to lead our external field sales team.
The Role
We're looking for a Sales Manager to lead a team of external sales representatives, holding them to account against KPIs and targets, coaching them to improve, and using data to understand exactly why performance is or isn't on track. This is a numbers-first role — you'll need to be comfortable digging into the data and using it to tell the story behind team and individual performance. Field visits form part of the role, but the core focus is accountability, coaching, and performance management. You'll also work closely with marketing and internal sales to keep the wider sales function aligned. This role reports directly into the Sales Director.
We're after a results-driven, commercially minded operator — someone focused on execution, who turns plans and data into action rather than just reporting on them.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
