Teesside Transformation and Opportunity
Few places in the UK are experiencing the scale of transformation currently underway across Teesside. With the launch of the UK's first Freeport and billions of pounds being invested into green energy, advanced manufacturing and infrastructure, the region has become one of the country's most exciting commercial growth stories.
At the heart of it sits Hampton by Hilton Stockton-on-Tees. Perfectly positioned within the Tees Valley and just minutes from Teesside Freeport and Teesworks, the hotel is ideally placed to capitalise on the increasing demand for business travel, corporate accommodation and events across the region.
Managed by Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA and operating under the globally recognised Hilton brand, this is an exciting opportunity to join a successful hotel at a time of significant market opportunity and growth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
This is a highly visible role where you'll have genuine influence over commercial performance. You'll collaborate across departments to ensure revenue opportunities are maximised, guest expectations are exceeded and ambitious targets are achieved.
For a commercially-minded sales professional who enjoys building relationships, spotting opportunities and delivering results, there has never been a more exciting time to join the team.
What Do We Need From You?
We're looking for an experienced sales professional who combines strong commercial awareness with a genuine passion for hospitality.
- You may already be a Hotel Sales Manager looking for your next challenge, or an ambitious sales leader ready to step into a broader commercial role.
- You'll be confident discussing business performance, identifying revenue opportunities and influencing decision-making at a senior level.
- You'll thrive on building relationships, generating new business and turning market opportunities into tangible results.
- Equally important is your ability to work collaboratively with operational teams, helping to create a commercially focused culture that drives performance across the hotel.
Experience within hospitality would be advantageous, but above all we're looking for someone with the commercial instinct, ambition and relationship-building skills to make an impact.
What's in it for you?
This is more than a hotel sales role. It's an opportunity to take ownership of a market full of potential and play a leading role in shaping the commercial success of a growing hotel.
