We’re excited to offer a brilliant opportunity for a Sales Manager with strong MRO expertise to make a real impact based in Andover.
About the role:
We're looking for a commercially focused sales leader to drive revenue and margin growth, develop and execute winning sales strategies and lead high-performing teams.

- You'll build strong relationships with key accounts,
- Identify new business opportunities,

What we’re looking for in our Sales Manager:
- Proven sales management experience within the MRO, industrial distribution, engineering or related sector
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Experience managing and developing sales teams
- Ability to analyse sales data and market trends
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Full UK driving licence

What to expect from our recruitment process:

- Face to face interview either in-person or Microsoft Teams
