London Hybrid

Why Join as Sales Manager Here

A true step into management. This is a pure leadership role. You'll lead a team of 10 Account Executives, and your time goes on coaching, not closing. If you're a strong individual contributor ready to get off the phones and build a team, this is the move.

  • Leading a team that already performs. 90%+ of AEs here hit at least their OTE, and top performers clear £100k+. You're inheriting a high-performing, high-earning team, not a turnaround project.
  • 100% inbound. Your team never cold calls. Every AE is speaking to prospects who already want to talk, so your coaching goes into conversion, not activity.
  • Real earning potential. A base of £45-55k with double-base OTE, tied to a team target of £250k per quarter.
  • Room to grow. Promotion here is based on performance, not tenure. Strong managers get exposure to senior leadership as the business scales, particularly in the US.

Ever wanted to run a team at the centre of a buzzing, high-growth scale-up in a genuinely growing sector? We're looking for an ambitious, player-coach-turned-leader to take ownership of our AE team, raise the standard of every call, and drive consistent results in the startup and advisory world.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading, managing and developing a team of 10 Account Executives, all working 100% inbound leads (around 100 demos a month each)
  • Owning a team target of £250k per quarter, with accountability for pipeline, forecasting and performance
  • Running call coaching: listening to calls, giving structured feedback, and building the skills that move people from good to top-performer
  • Running regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews and team meetings that keep the process tight
  • Onboarding new AEs and building the pathway for high-performing SDRs to step up into the team
  • Working closely with senior leaders and the US team to refine process, messaging and the sales playbook
  • Hiring, motivating and, where needed, managing performance to keep the bar high

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • A track record of strong sales performance as an AE or senior sales professional, with a record of consistently hitting or beating target
  • Some experience leading or mentoring others, whether that's a small team, a team lead role, or informal coaching of junior reps
  • A natural coach: you get energy from watching someone else win, and you can explain why a call worked or didn't
  • Confident with targets, forecasting and pipeline metrics
  • Resilient, commercial and competitive, but a team player first
  • No SaaS or tech background required. We care about how you sell and lead, not where you've done it

Why This Team Is Different

  • The sector is genuinely growing, the earnings are real (not just headline numbers), and the culture backs up the hype. Think regular socials, brunches, and a team that's as competitive as it is supportive.
  • We're small enough that you'll work directly with senior leaders and shape how the sales team operates, which is exposure most management roles don't offer.

£45-55k base, £90-110k OTE
Pure management role, with no personal quota and no cold calling
Hybrid working: 2 days in a vibrant London HQ
Annual company trips to top European destinations (Split, Croatia this September!)
Hours: this role supports a team selling into the US market, so hours are Mon-Thu 1pm-9pm (inc. 1hr break) and Fridays 1pm-5pm

Ready to step into your first (or next) leadership role and build a team that actually hits its numbers? Apply now.
