Sports Broker Manager
Location: London

Compensation: Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven sales manager with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams through relentless cold calling, disciplined execution, and leading from the front.
- Thrives on long hours, high-volume outreach, and turning prospects into clients
- Known for setting the standard personally. Making the first calls of the day, staying late, and consistently outperforming targets, while coaching and motivating teams to do the same.

We want someone who has already run a sales team, knows how to drive performance, and can demonstrate a track record of delivering revenue.
- You should be a natural sales leader who leads from the front, works hard, creates accountability, coaches effectively, and knows how to close.
