About Your New Job
As the Area Sales Manager, you will lead and manage a growing team of Food Service Sales Representatives in Northern Ireland. You will develop and coach your sales team, set clear KPIs, and drive strong, sustainable results through hands-on leadership. You will build strategic partnerships with key accounts and distributors, tailoring innovative solutions that help clients enhance their menus. You will be a hands-on leader, spending time with clients and industry professionals to identify new business opportunities and demonstrate the impact of creative food blending solutions. You will represent the company in Northern Ireland, elevating the brand through industry events, direct customer engagement, and by setting the standard for service excellence.

What Skills You Need
- Minimum 3 years in field-based foodservice sales.
- Previous experience managing and growing a sales team, including coaching and performance management.
- Full, clean driving license.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with experience working with distributor networks.
- Ability to “talk menu” with clients—bring new food ideas to life and showcase creative value propositions.
- Full permanent and immediate rights to work in Northern Ireland.
