Sales Manager

Excellent opportunity to join an established, innovative, market leading business manufacturing a range of electrical products used in building services applications. The business is embarking on an ambitious growth strategy, invests significantly in R&D and has an exciting pipeline of new product launches.

This role will focus on a territory covering the South of England and Wales and offers the opportunity to make a real impact, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the continued success of a respected and established British manufacturer.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage and develop relationships with a large network of electrical wholesalers and distribution partners.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive sales growth across the region.
  • Promote and support new product introductions within the market.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements.
  • Deliver sales targets and objectives for your territory.
  • Provide market feedback to support future product development and business growth initiatives.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Previous sales experience of product sales into the electrical wholesale and distribution markets or field sales experience from within an electrical wholesaler.
  • Proven ability to build, develop and maintain customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Commercially aware with a strong desire to grow existing accounts and win new business.
  • Organised, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Location:

Field based, able to easily access and travel extensively throughout the south of the UK, occasional requirement to visit UK HQ

Salary:

up to £50K basic + bonus + company car + package
