Location: Dartford office based during training period, then home based

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Executive to help expand our customer base and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
The Role
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced sales professional who can both develop business opportunities and manage the tendering process from initial enquiry through to submission and contract award.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with electrical contractors, consultants and end users.
- Generate and follow up sales leads.
- Prepare quotations and proposals in collaboration with our technical team.
- Manage customer accounts and ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Conduct customer visits and presentations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records within the company CRM system.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a sales or business development role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to winning new business.
- Ability to understand and present technical products and solutions.
- Experience within the electrical, engineering, switchgear, controls, automation, or related industry would be advantageous.
- Full UK driving licence.
