Enterprise Sales Manager

UK-Wide | Remote / Hybrid | Up to £120,000 + Double OTE

James Adams is partnering with a successful and growing UK Managed Service Provider that is entering an exciting new phase of its development.

With an ambitious growth strategy in place for the next three years, we're looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to lead, develop and grow an established team of 8 Account Directors, focused on winning and developing some of the UK's largest commercial customers.

This is a senior sales leadership opportunity for someone who understands the MSP/VAR market, knows what excellent enterprise technology sales looks like, and can get the best out of an experienced sales team.

The Role

You'll take responsibility for a team of 8 Account Directors operating across both new logo acquisition and strategic account management, targeting enterprise organisations with 2,000+ users.

You'll provide the leadership, coaching and commercial direction needed to increase performance across the team, while helping to develop the wider enterprise sales strategy as the business continues to scale.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Leading, coaching and developing a team of 8 Enterprise Account Directors
  • Driving performance across both new business acquisition and existing account growth
  • Supporting the team with complex, high-value enterprise opportunities
  • Building a high-performance sales culture with clear accountability around pipeline, activity and results
  • Working with Account Directors to develop strategic account and territory plans
  • Improving pipeline generation, forecasting accuracy and sales execution
  • Supporting senior-level customer engagement and executive relationships
  • Recruiting and developing additional sales talent as the team grows
  • Working closely with technical, vendor, marketing and service teams to maximise opportunities
  • Contributing to the wider commercial strategy and the organisation's three-year growth plans

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Why Consider It?

This isn't a role where you'll be inheriting a broken sales function.

You'll be joining a successful MSP with an established enterprise customer base and an experienced team, but with significant ambition to take the business further over the next three years.

You'll have the opportunity to influence how the enterprise sales function develops, grow the team and play an important role in the next stage of the company's journey.

Package: Up to £120,000 basic salary + double OTE

Location: Flexible. The role can be performed remotely within the UK or from one of the company's regional offices, with travel for customer and team meetings as required.

If you're an experienced MSP/VAR sales leader who enjoys coaching good salespeople, building high-performing teams and driving enterprise growth, I'd be keen to hear from you.

Apply now or contact Adam at James Adams for a confidential conversation.
