The Role
We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator or Assistant Sales Manager ready to take the next step in their career as a Sales Manager for one of our strongest branches. The role of a Sales Manager is an excellent step into management, gaining valuable skills in business development and winning instruction, as well as supporting the Sales Negotiators.
Responsibilities
- You will be working as part of a team to provide an exceptional customer experience to all our clients and customers.
- Maintain contact with a database of potential buyers and vendors.
- Take part in the scheduling and delivering of Market Appraisals.
- Responsible for scheduling and conducting property viewings and providing constructive feedback to the sellers.
- Encouraging offers and negotiating between seller and buyer to reach an acceptable agreement.
- Progressing the sale through to exchange and completion.
- Identifying and prospecting for further business opportunities.
- Providing training and support to junior Sales Negotiators

Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years as a Sales Negotiator.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Well organised with an attention to detail.
- Driven to succeed.
- Able to build rapport and the ability to maintain professional relationships with different demographics and age groups.
- A full driving licence.
