The Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator or Assistant Sales Manager ready to take the next step in their career as a Sales Manager for one of our strongest branches. The role of a Sales Manager is an excellent step into management, gaining valuable skills in business development and winning instruction, as well as supporting the Sales Negotiators.

Responsibilities

  • You will be working as part of a team to provide an exceptional customer experience to all our clients and customers.
  • Maintain contact with a database of potential buyers and vendors.
  • Take part in the scheduling and delivering of Market Appraisals.
  • Responsible for scheduling and conducting property viewings and providing constructive feedback to the sellers.
  • Encouraging offers and negotiating between seller and buyer to reach an acceptable agreement.
  • Progressing the sale through to exchange and completion.
  • Identifying and prospecting for further business opportunities.
  • Providing training and support to junior Sales Negotiators

Is this you?

An experienced Sales Manager who is ambitious, embraces technology, enjoys creating social media content, loves building relationships, and wants to be part of a modern, forward-thinking estate agency that rewards results and promotes from within.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years as a Sales Negotiator.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Well organised with an attention to detail.
  • Driven to succeed.
  • Able to build rapport and the ability to maintain professional relationships with different demographics and age groups.
  • A full driving licence.
