La Bottega Collective is a global platform dedicated to creating exclusive products and services for the luxury hospitality sector.
Launched in 2025 under the leadership of Tommaso Pacini, CEO of La Bottega, in partnership with Three Hills and the Ou(r) Group of the Ruffini family, it brings together a selection of leading companies in the industry.
These include La Bottega, a leader in luxury hotel beauty essentials; Vanity Group, with a global presence and expertise spanning R&D, production, design, and communication; Palatino Hospitality, specialising in bespoke luxury accessories and tailored project development; Beltrami, a global icon in custom luxury textiles for hotels, spas, superyachts, and private residences, known for its exclusive Autentica Fibra di Legno®; and White Privé, which develops textile collections for hospitality and licensed lines for luxury fashion brands.
Position Summary
The Sales Manager, based in our London office, is responsible for the acquisition and management of La Bottega Collective customers across Central London and the South East, owning end-to-end commercial performance, driving revenue growth, and ensuring consistent delivery against targets. The role assumes full ownership of sales execution, including:
- Direct hotel sales
- Pipeline creation, conversion, and visibility
- Driving renewals, repeat business, and long-term partnerships
- Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase account value
The Sales Manager is accountable for day-to-day delivery, ensuring no opportunity, account, or market underperforms or stalls through lack of follow-through, combining hands-on commercial delivery with the discipline and rigour to hold both internal and customer performance to account.
Main Responsibilities
New Business Development
- Own the new business budget for the designated territories, delivered directly by La Bottega Collective
- Source new hotel opportunities and manage all inbound sales enquiries
- Build, maintain, and actively convert a structured regional sales pipeline
- Ensure consistent coverage across independent luxury hotels, boutique and regional groups, and multi-property rollouts
- Attend key meetings where appropriate and own execution post-meeting

Existing Customers & Account Growth
- Manage and grow existing accounts, building strong, trusted relationships that drive market share
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by assessing product gaps, renewal timings, and partnership opportunities
- Drive renewals, repeat business, and long-term partnerships
- Reignite inactive or underperforming accounts
Independent Properties
- Lead La Bottega Collective's presence within the independent luxury and boutique hotel segment across territory
- Develop tailored propositions that reflect the individual identity and needs of independent properties
- Act as the primary commercial contact for owners and general managers of independent hotels
Refurbishments & Property Projects
- Identify and track hotel refurbishments, openings, and rebrands across the territories
- Engage early with owners, operators, designers, and procurement teams to position La Bottega Collective within project specifications
- Convert refurbishment and opening projects into long-term supply partnerships
Pipeline Ownership, Reporting & Performance
- Review each account's rolling 12-month sales pipeline
- Oversee the Salesforce system, ensuring accurate input and detailed data on all correspondence with hotel partners
- Develop monthly reporting to track sales to target and revenue growth
- Maintain standardised reporting across leads, active deals, and conversion rates
- Identify underperforming accounts, or segments and escalate to the Director where intervention is needed to correct performance, rebuild pipelines, or bring stalled markets back into growth
- Provide clear, concise commercial reporting to the Director

Brand, Training & Market Consistency
- Deliver training on brand values, product presentation, and hospitality engagement standards
- Ensure a uniform market experience aligned with global LBC standards
- Equip hotel partners and distributors with the tools, product knowledge, and commercial insight to perform effectively in-market
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work in close partnership with the Supply Chain/Operations team
- Ensure sales commitments are operationally viable, properly forecasted, and communicated early to reduce risk
- Work with the Demand & Supply Planner to forecast hotel partner consumption
- Work closely with the Pricing team on NOPs and standard pricing
Key Experiences
- 3-5 years' proven sales experience within hotels or a hospitality-led B2B environment
- Experience delivering sales and product presentations at C-Suite (Executive) level
- Having worked in a high SKU/3PL environment
- Advanced negotiation and influencing skills
- Confident operating across multiple countries and cultures
Key Knowledge & Competencies
- Strong understanding of client needs and aligns solutions according to this
- Confident with forecasting, KPIs, and pipeline visibility
- Strong account management capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Commercially disciplined and data-driven with an analytical mindset
- Comfortable working hands-on, independently, and in a fast-scaling environment.
- UK driving license required
Compensation & Benefits
In line with our commitment to transparency and equal opportunity, the salary range for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. The role also includes a car allowance or company car, and is eligible for a commission structure based on individual and company performance.
