Term: Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Runcorn and on the road
Hours of Employment: 08:30 to 16:50, Monday to Friday
Salary: £55,000 per annum plus 10% discretionary bonus and car allowance
ReAgent is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our UK sales team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys winning new business, developing existing accounts into profitable long-term customers, and leading a high-performing sales team.
You will manage our largest customer accounts, support the team to maximise sales opportunities, and ensure the business focuses on the enquiries with the greatest commercial potential.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the sales and customer service teams.
- Manage key customer accounts and support major sales opportunities.
- Identify high-value enquiries and maximise conversion.
- Ensure full and effective use of the CRM system.
- Monitor sales performance, forecasts, profitability, and pipeline activity.
- Work with other departments to deliver excellent customer service.

Skills And Experience
- Minimum five years' sales management experience, ideally in manufacturing / chemicals.
- Proven success winning new business and growing key accounts.
- Ability to prioritise high-value enquiries.
- Proven experience of managing and developing a sales team.
- Commercially minded with excellent negotiation skills.
- Confident using CRM systems to manage sales performance.
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to travel in the UK and occasionally overseas; Full UK driving licence required.

- Degree, professional sales qualification, or equivalent commercial experience preferred.
