TWPayz is a forward-looking financial services provider specializing in multi-currency business accounts and seamless acquiring solutions for growing companies. Services include multi-currency business accounts in the UK, Europe, and Mauritius, international IBANs with cross-border transfers, and merchant acquiring and payment processing. TWPayz also offers POS terminals, SoftPOS, and Pay-by-Link solutions to support diverse payment needs. Based in London, the company serves clients across the UK, Europe, and beyond, providing global reach with local expertise.
Role Description
The Sales Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in the United Kingdom, combining on-site work in London with some work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for driving new business growth, managing a sales pipeline, and achieving revenue targets for TWPayz’s multi-currency accounts and payment solutions. The Sales Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine value propositions, and provide market feedback to support product development. The role also involves:
- Monitoring sales performance
- Reporting on KPIs
- Ensuring adherence to regulatory and compliance standards in all client engagements
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or account management within financial services, payments, fintech, or a related industry.
- Strong skills in lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing complex deals with business clients.
- Ability to understand and communicate multi-currency banking, payment processing, and acquiring solutions in clear, client-focused language.
- Excellent relationship-building, stakeholder management, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment, with strong self-organization, time management, and autonomy.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales reporting tools to track activities and performance.
- Knowledge of UK and European business banking or payments regulations is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a diverse, inclusive workplace.
