📍 London (Hybrid – 3 Days in Office)
💷 £45,000–£65,000 + Commission
🧑 💼 Full-time | Exhibition & Sponsorship Sales | Healthcare Events

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially driven Sales Manager to join a market-leading B2B events business, selling exhibition stands and sponsorship opportunities across one of the UK's leading healthcare events.

This is a consultative sales role focused on building long-term commercial partnerships, developing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth across a well-established event portfolio.

You'll join a collaborative, ambitious team with plenty of opportunity to develop your career while working within the thriving healthcare events sector.

The Role:

  • Selling exhibition stands and sponsorship packages across a leading healthcare event
  • Managing and growing relationships with existing clients while developing new business
  • Leading the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing deals
  • Building tailored sponsorship proposals that meet client objectives
  • Identifying new commercial opportunities to maximise revenue
  • Building long-term relationships with senior decision-makers
  • Working closely with the Event Director and wider event team to deliver commercial success
  • Maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • Keeping up to date with market trends and competitor activity
  • Representing the business at industry events and networking opportunities

About You:

  • Previous experience in B2B events, exhibition or sponsorship sales
  • Strong new business development and account management experience
  • Commercially driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent proposal writing and presentation skills
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-motivated, resilient and proactive
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative sales environment
