Kestrel Vision Group Sales Manager Opportunity

Kestrel Vision Group is looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to accelerate business growth across the UK and parts of Northern and Southern Europe (within 60 miles of a major airport).

Role Overview

Reporting to the Head of Sales EMEA, you will be responsible for developing existing customer relationships while identifying and winning new business opportunities within industrial manufacturing environments. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence, defining customer acquisition strategies, and driving sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow sales within the assigned territory
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities
  • Build and execute market entry and go-to-market strategies
  • Drive sales forecasting and territory planning activities
  • Conduct regular customer and prospect visits to generate new leads
  • Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business cases
  • Represent Kestrel Vision Group at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
  • Collaborate closely with regional and global commercial teams
  • Travel extensively across the territory and internationally (approximately 70% travel)

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 10 years of successful B2B sales experience selling technically complex capital equipment or industrial solutions
  • Strong track record of developing new business and managing strategic accounts
  • Experience with solution selling, ROI/TCO discussions, and value-based sales approaches
  • Strong commercial, analytical, and negotiation skills
  • Technical aptitude within food processing, packaging, filling, inspection, or related manufacturing industries
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Additional European languages are a plus
