The Opportunity
We are hiring a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing inbound sales team for the world’s leading marketplace connecting brands with flexible short-term retail space.
Think Airbnb for retail.
The platform connects some of the world’s most exciting brands with incredible spaces across London and other major global cities — helping them launch pop-ups, activations, events and physical retail experiences.
The business dominates its space, having already helped 2,000+ brands, including names such as Adidas, Chanel, Netflix and Spotify.
And the demand is already there.
This is a 100% inbound, high-velocity sales environment where the team is closing deals every day and currently generates over £1 million in bookings per month.
With the business continuing to grow globally, this is a crucial leadership hire.
The Role
This is a genuine player-manager position.
You will lead a team of 4 Inbound Sales Consultants, taking ownership of their performance, development and results, while remaining close to customers and carrying your own personal target.
We are looking for someone who loves coaching.
Someone who gets energy from listening to calls, running training sessions, improving conversion, motivating people and helping good salespeople become great.
But equally, you still need to love selling.
You will remain client-facing, working directly with brands, managing high-value inbound opportunities and closing deals alongside your team.
You'll lead from the front — setting the standard for how the team sells, communicates and delivers for its customers.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
