Role Description
As Sales Manager you will be competent at selling properties, managing vendors, with experience of or the desire to, list property. You will work closely with the Branch Partner in delivering success to your branch.
Being confident, having strong relationship building skills, being coachable, adaptable, and having the ability to manage and inspire others, are what you need.
We have an extensive management training programme, including monthly support helping you to be successful in your role whilst preparing you for Branch Management.

Qualifications
- Senior Negotiator or above within Residential Sales
- A provable strong record with total banked income
- Experience of or have the desire to, list property
- The ability to conduct vendor care
- The ability to progress sales
Pay
- £25k-£35k Basic salary
- Company car or Car allowance
- 6 Month commission guarantee
- Total branch income commission
- Personal listing commission up to 20% per listing
- Personal sales commission
- Personal canvassed valuation booked commission
- Personal Financial services commission
- Personal Legal services commission
- Google review commission
- Valuation referral commission
