About the Company

Dolav UK Limited is looking for a proactive and commercially driven Sales Manager to expand our presence across the UK market. This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with existing customers, and driving sustainable sales growth.

About the Role

Working remotely from a home office and reporting to the Country Sales Manager UK, you will play a key role in identifying new markets, winning strategic opportunities, and representing Dolav as a trusted partner to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow a profitable portfolio of new and existing customers across the UK.
  • Identify new market segments and business opportunities to accelerate sales growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Identify, prepare and win strategic tenders and key customer opportunities.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and represent Dolav at customer meetings, industry events, and exhibitions.
  • Leverage digital channels to generate leads and strengthen customer engagement.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience and support business growth.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, customer information, and pipeline activity.
  • Achieve agreed sales targets and key performance indicators.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in a field sales or business development role within the packaging, logistics, or industrial sectors.

Required Skills

  • Proven track record of developing new business and growing customer accounts.
  • Strong commercial awareness with excellent negotiation and networking skills.
  • Good technical understanding and the ability to communicate product solutions effectively.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach and strong personal accountability.
  • Collaborative team player who enjoys working across departments.
  • High emotional intelligence with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel extensively across the UK.
  • Based in the UK, working from a home office.
