Role: UK Sales Manager
Location: London
Type: Remote | Fixed Term Contract (high potential to turn permanent)
Salary: £70,000 (Negotiable DOE)
LT Talent have partnered with an international luxury fragrance business looking to re-enter and grow within the UK market. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who knows the UK fragrance market, has the buyer relationships to open doors and wants to play a key role in building the UK business.
The role:
- Develop and deliver the UK sales and market-entry strategy
- Use your existing fragrance buyer relationships to open new retail opportunities
- Target leading luxury retailers, particularly Selfridges and Harrods
- Take conversations from initial introduction and pitch through to listing and launch
- Support the wider commercial set-up across pricing, margins, logistics, and supply chain
- Build and grow long-term retail partnerships across the UK

What we're looking for:
- Strong experience within luxury / fine fragrance
- Direct relationships with fine fragrance buyers, ideally at Selfridges and Harrods
- A track record of personally winning new retail listings
- Experience launching or growing fragrance brands within the UK
- Commercial understanding of what it takes to successfully launch into a new market
This isn't about inheriting and managing existing accounts. We need someone who can open the doors, secure the listings, and help build the UK market.
