About The Position
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle, from acquisition to retention. You play a key role in our sales efforts from lead generation and prospecting, through sales and deal closing, to account management and up-/cross-selling.
What Will You Be Responsible For
Sales
- Qualify SMB and enterprise leads - convert them to tours and closed deals (inbound & outbound)
- Understand the customer’s needs, ensuring that solution that is provided matches customer expectations across all areas - functional, service, timeline, budget, quality, etc.
- Provide a suitable proposal offer (Office+AR), based on Mindspace guidelines
- Follow up with the customer, maintaining a consistent, open channel
- Work closely with the Community Manager to achieve smooth onboarding

Account Management - Retention and Upselling
- Analyze and optimize sales targets (Office+AR) for each SMB and enterprise customer
- Identify new needs/challenges for the customer and forecast future expansion
- Be the point of contact for any contract- and revenue-related matters
- Execute on SMB and enterprise retention strategies
- Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to sustain retention and upselling strategies
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience within the flexible workspace or commercial real estate industry, either working for a flexible workspace provider or within a brokerage is preferred
- A strong existing network within the flexible workspace industry, particularly across the London broker community is preferred

- Proven experience managing the end-to-end sales process, from generating and qualifying leads through to tours, proposals, negotiation and closing
- A proactive approach to lead generation, with the ability to develop new opportunities through broker relationships, prospecting and your own network
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to understand a customer’s requirements and translate them into the right workspace solution
- Confident relationship builder, comfortable working with brokers, prospects, customers and internal stakeholders at different levels
- A collaborative approach and willingness to work closely with the wider Sales, Community and Operations teams
- A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Take full ownership of the sales cycle and personal revenue targets, working independently to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
- Proactively manage and prioritise a pipeline without requiring day-to-day supervision or direction.
- Independently plan and execute prospecting, client meetings, tours, proposals, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Take ownership of individual accounts and commercial relationships, making informed decisions to maximise revenue, retention, and expansion opportunities.
- Work closely with the Community Management team to ensure a seamless transition from sales through client onboarding and ongoing account management.
- Maintain strong internal communication, ensuring relevant teams are informed of client requirements, commercial commitments, timelines, and opportunities.
- Demonstrate strong commercial judgement, initiative, and accountability when identifying opportunities and resolving challenges.
- Manage workload, diary, priorities, and sales activity effectively while remaining accountable for agreed targets and KPIs.
- Operate confidently as an independent contributor while building strong relationships and collaborating across the wider business.
- Ability to work autonomously, take ownership of your pipeline and consistently work towards individual and team targets
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think commercially and creatively to get deals over the line
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
