Regional Sales Manager

Salary: £50,000–£60,000 plus company car, uncapped commission
Location: Various UK regions
Sector: HVAC / Engineering / Manufacturing

An established and growing HVAC solutions provider is seeking a commercially driven Regional Sales Manager to lead revenue growth.

This strategic, field-based role would suit an experienced technical sales professional with a strong understanding of how to win, develop, and retain business within the HVAC, building services, or wider engineering sectors.

You will take ownership of managing existing customer accounts and developing new business opportunities. Working closely with end users, contractors, and internal technical teams, you will deliver tailored climate-control solutions for commercial and industrial applications.

The Role

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with end users, contractors, consultants, and other key stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities while increasing revenue from existing accounts.
  • Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions.
  • Prepare and present high-quality, commercially robust proposals and quotations.
  • Manage the complete sales process, from initial enquiry through to contract award and handover.
  • Work closely with Project Managers and technical teams to ensure solution accuracy, feasibility, and smooth delivery.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and activity records using CRM systems.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements.
  • Consistently work towards and achieve regional sales and profitability targets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
