Hospitality Sales Manager – Coppa Collective
Location: London Support Centre
Join Coppa Collective as Our Next Sales Manager
Coppa Collective brings together three distinct hospitality brands, Coppa Club, Noci, and Linwood Collection, each shaped by a clear idea and a shared way of thinking, forming a considered portfolio built on quality, strong identity, and scalable, long-term growth.
We create spaces where people gather, celebrate, work, and connect. Now, we’re looking for an experienced, commercially driven Hospitality Sales Manager to help grow our corporate, group, and local market revenue across a defined region or portfolio of venues.
This is a senior, front-line commercial role reporting directly to the Sales Director. You’ll be a key driver of proactive sales activity, relationship building, and revenue generation — while supporting the development of Junior Sales Managers where applicable.
What You’ll Do
As experienced Hospitality Sales Manager, you'll bring your knowledge and contacts of the corporate and hospitality world and will take full ownership of proactive sales across your territory or venue portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:
Proactive Sales & Pipeline Growth
- Own sales activity for a defined region, segment, or group of venues
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of corporate, group, and event opportunities
- Drive outbound activity: calls, meetings, networking, partnerships, and local outreach
- Identify and unlock new revenue channels including private dining, seasonal events, and large group bookings
- Develop targeted outreach strategies aligned with market trends and seasonality

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
