Sales Manager – Lifestyle Aparthotel Brand in London

Salary: Competitive + bonus

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious hospitality sales professional to take ownership of corporate and agency relationships across a high-quality serviced apartment portfolio, driving new business while developing and retaining existing accounts.

Reporting into the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy across the London market, with a particular focus on corporate, relocation, extended-stay and agency business.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing new corporate and agency accounts across London.
  • Managing and growing an existing portfolio of key accounts.
  • Identifying new business opportunities within the corporate, relocation and extended-stay markets.
  • Building strong relationships with corporate travel managers, TMCs, relocation companies, agencies and key business partners.
  • Conducting regular client meetings, presentations, site inspections and networking activities.
  • Managing the sales pipeline and maintaining accurate activity and revenue forecasts.
  • Working closely with revenue, operations and marketing teams to maximise occupancy and revenue.
  • Negotiating rates, contracts and commercial agreements within agreed parameters.
  • Representing the brand at relevant industry events, trade shows and networking opportunities.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Consistently delivering against agreed revenue and new business targets.

  • Previous B2B sales experience within hotels, serviced apartments, aparthotels or a related hospitality environment.
  • A strong understanding of the London corporate accommodation market.
  • Experience managing key accounts and developing new business.
  • A proactive, target-driven and entrepreneurial approach.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • The confidence to develop relationships at senior levels.
  • Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of revenue principles.
  • Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering an exceptional client experience.
