About the Role
Myriad is looking for a Sales Manager who can bring energy, accountability, and strong leadership to a performance-driven sales environment.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of a sales team, develop people, and contribute directly to the growth of campaigns for nationally recognised brands.

What You'll Be Doing as a Sales Manager
- Leading and motivating a sales team
- Coaching individuals to improve performance
- Setting clear goals and maintaining accountability
- Monitoring sales results and identifying areas for improvement
- Supporting customer acquisition and client growth
- Leading by example across live sales campaigns
- Helping develop new and existing team members
The Candidate
You'll be a strong fit if you're:

- Accountable for both individual and team performance
Previous experience in sales, team leadership, or management is beneficial. More importantly, we're looking for someone who can demonstrate strong performance, leadership potential, and the ability to bring the best out of others.
