Sales Manager - UK Public Sector

I am looking for a Sales Manager to lead UK growth for a fast-growing healthcare technology business focused on interoperability and healthcare data.

This is a first-in-market hire, giving you the opportunity to build the UK public sector function from the ground up, with significant ownership across strategy, relationships and revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full UK public sector sales cycle, from pipeline generation through to contract signature.
  • Build senior relationships across NHS England, ICBs, NHS Trusts, central government and other health bodies.
  • Identify and influence opportunities before formal tenders are released, shaping requirements, procurement routes and frameworks.
  • Lead complex enterprise sales involving clinical, digital, procurement, information governance and finance stakeholders.
  • Develop the UK public sector go-to-market strategy, including target accounts, partners, procurement routes and bid strategy.
  • Represent the business across NHS, healthcare technology and interoperability communities.
  • Work closely with Product, Delivery, Marketing and Solutions teams to translate market insight into commercial opportunities.
  • Own an individual revenue target and maintain a strong, accurate UK pipeline.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
