We are recruiting a Sales Manager to take responsibility for the on-site sales performance of residential developments in our Eastern Region from launch through to completion.
This role is ideal for an experienced housebuilding sales professional who enjoys leading teams, driving reservations and working closely with construction and technical colleagues to deliver successful schemes.
What You Will Do
- Manage sales activity across residential developments, ensuring targets and build programmes are met
- Lead and motivate on-site sales teams, managing rotas, performance and day-to-day activity
- Oversee development launches, show home openings and sales centre presentation
- Agree and manage sales incentives, deposit schemes and customer extras
- Work closely with Construction, Technical and Commercial teams on phasing, unit mix, layouts and specifications
- Maintain excellent site presentation and attend regular site meetings
- Build strong relationships with solicitors, financial advisors and external partners
- Monitor and report on reservations, visitor traffic and sales performance
- Assist with sales budgets, cash flow forecasting and management reporting
- Ensure accurate plot set-up and reporting within sales systems

What You Will Have
- Proven sales experience within housebuilding or residential development
- Experience managing on-site sales teams is essential
- Commercially aware, highly organised and customer-focused
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Full driving licence
